When you schedule a fit call, you supply your name, email address, organization, and answers to a small number of questions about the project you are considering. Scheduling is handled by a third-party booking provider, and the information you enter is stored in that provider's system as well as our own records.

When you email us directly, we retain the contents of that correspondence so we can respond and maintain a record of the conversation.

Our website host also records standard technical information such as IP addresses, browser type, and pages requested. This is ordinary server activity and is not used to identify individual visitors.

How we use information

We use the information you provide to prepare for and conduct fit calls, to respond to inquiries, to deliver services to clients, and to maintain business records. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except where necessary to operate the services described in this policy or where required by law.

Client confidentiality

Information shared with us during an engagement, including internal documents, program data, financial context, and interview material, is treated as confidential. We do not disclose client names or materials in public work samples without written permission.

Retention

We retain inquiry and booking information for as long as it remains useful for business purposes, and client records for as long as required for accounting, tax, and professional obligations.

Your choices

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us using the address below and we will respond within a reasonable period.

Third-party services

This website relies on third-party providers for hosting, scheduling, web fonts, and payment processing. Each of those providers maintains its own privacy practices governing the information it handles.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the business grows or as the services we use change. The revision date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
